Archeo-astronomy Event: Overseer Spits Out the Sun beginning at 7:30 am with Interpretive Info and 8:00 am for the Event Observation at the Parowan Gap Historic Site (13 miles north of Cedar City off Hwy 130). Watch astronomy and nature tell a story that only happens once a year. There will be an informal interpretive tour beginning, as the Summer Sun is spit out by the Overseer, which signifies the changing of seasons from winter to summer. The event is FREE OF CHARGE.
