This class is guided by Ryan Bean as an introduction to vinyasa or flow yoga with a very creative sequence and music.
Our friends at Policy Kings will be releasing their latest beer this night giving it a yoga theme to honor the practice of yoga and our Brewskiasanas. (beer poses)
