Cedar Breaks BioBlast is held daily at Cedar Breaks National Monument (Hwy 148). Visitors of all ages are invited to join rangers in celebrating all of the park’s incredible wildlife. There will be ranger-led programs, wildlife activity tables, children’s art activities, and more. Programs are conducted rain or shine but may be canceled due to lightning in the area or staff shortages. Speak with a ranger at the Information Center or North View Fee Booth about daily program offerings. Park admission fee of $10 per person does apply. There is limited seating at the North View Overlook. While temperatures are cool at high elevation, the effects of high elevation may not be immediately apparent. Please drink plenty of water and wear sun protection, the UV Index at the park in the summer is regularly in the “Extreme” category.
