Intermountain Cedar City Hospital: Harvest Festival – Health Fair & Flu Shoot Out is held from 9:00 am – 12 pm in the front of the Cedar City Hospital (1303 N Main St, Cedar City). Don’t miss the 10:30 am beach ball drop with the fire dept. Admission is FREE. Bring the whole family and participate in dozens of free health screenings, health info, and giveaways, get a free pumpkin if you visit 10+ booths, and get your low or no-cost flu shot too.
