Our social team loves your photo/video and it is our hope to share it in an effort to show off the wonders that surround us here in Cedar City, Parowan, and Brian Head.

Where and how will my photo/video be used?

 

By providing us permission, your photo/video can potentially be reshared on Visit Cedar City · Brian Head’s social media pages, and website (visitcedarcity.com). We always provide photo credit no matter the placement.

 

Will you give me credit when using my photo/video?

 

Always! There is rarely a situation where we do not give credit to the person who took the photo/video. It is important to us that all content creators receive credit for their beautiful work.

 

Will my image only be used in a digital format? 

 

Yes. Should our team become interested in using your image for print we would reach out to you directly to discuss the terms of using your image for print.

Thank you for your interest in allowing Visit Cedar City • Brian Head to share your image in promoting our area of southern Utah. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the terms and conditions listed below, please contact our team at tourism.comm@ironcounty.net.

 

By granting us permission to share your image you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

• You warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older
• You warrant that you own any and all rights to your Name and Content, including the elements appearing in your content (such as video or audio recordings). 
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party. 
• You warrant that your content does not violate any law. 
• You grant Visit Cedar City • Brian Head the right to share your content with reasonable effort to display your name in connection with the use of your content. 
• You warrant that you have permission from any individual appearing in your content and written permission of any person under the age of 18 from a legal guardian. 
  • The photographer is responsible for keeping this documentation. 

 

 

Request for Removal: You may request that our team remove your content from our website or social media channels by sending a written request to the following address: tourism.comm@ironcounty.net. Our team will make reasonable efforts to respond to your request within 48 hours. 

We love seeing the incredible content and stunning images that showcase the wonder of Cedar City, Parowan, and Brian Head and look forward to working with many of you in sharing your unique views and experiences in southern Utah with others.
