Spooktacular Events Happening in Cedar City

Goblins, ghouls, and ghosts, oh my! We’re ready to roll for spooky season this year in Cedar City and these spooktacular events are just the perfect addition to any visit. Join the local fun with these upcoming Halloween events.


The Haunted Forest at Three Peaks Oasis

The Haunted Forest is held 8:00 pm – 11″00 pm at Three Peaks Oasis (N Lund Hwy, Cedar City). Information and tickets are available at ThreePeaksOasis.com

Haunted Homestead at the Frontier Homestead State Park

Frontier Homestead: Haunted Homestead – various Halloween-themed events including Cemetery Tours, Halloween Storytimes, Carnival and Spooky Walks, and more. Be sure to check Facebook: Frontier Homestead page for details and updates. For information call (435) 586-9290.

Hocus Focus in Historic Downtown Cedar City

Hocus Focus 2022 is held 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Historic Downtown Cedar City (200 N to University Blvd, Cedar City). Admission is FREE and everyone is invited to dress up and join for a spooky good time in Historic Downtown Cedar Cty. This is a free community event designed to bring awareness to all the businesses in the downtown and what they have to offer local citizens.

Please park in the City parking garage and start at the City Office Building.

Dates: October 22nd from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm


Halloween Parking Lot Party at Cedar Fun Center

Halloween Parking Lot Party is held 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the parking lot of Cedar Fun Center (170 E Fiddlers Canyon Rd, Cedar City). Families are invited to come and enjoy a day of vendor booths, axe throwing, pumpkin smashing, mini golf, laser tag, arcade, food, a Halloween family movie, and more!

Halloween decor in Historic Downtown Cedar City

Trunk-or-Treat with Local Law Enforcement

Trunk-or-Treat with Local Law Enforcement is held 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Little League Baseball Complex by Veteran’s Memorial Park (407 E 275 N, Cedar City). Admission is FREE. The event will feature a candy drop from a helicopter at 3:30 pm. In partnership with Iron County Sheriff, Cedar City Police, and Southern Utah University Police, everyone in the community is invited to trunk-or-treat with your local law enforcement.

Dates: October 29th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
