Visit Cedar City · Brian Head recognizes that travelers are concerned about COVID-19 and how it may affect them. As information is continually changing, we are making every effort to provide you with the most up-to-date information and activities to make for the best visitor experience. Below are resources to assist you in your planning, or you can speak directly with a staff member at (435) 586-5124 or email tourism.group@ironcounty.net
As we recover and begin resuming our usual activities during the Covid-19 Crisis, we want to ensure the safety of our visitors and locals alike.
While restrictions or recommendations may change, we want to let you know that Visit Cedar City · Brian Head is doing our part to keep our destination a safe, healthy place to live and visit.
WHAT WE ARE DOING AS A DESTINATION:
We have pledged to STAY SAFE TO STAY OPEN by following the state health guidelines to show care for and appreciate customers and to protect our community and our economy. Businesses throughout Iron County agree to practice these seven safe habits as outlined in the state’s Utah Leads Together plan coronavirus.utah.gov/utah-health-guidance-levels/
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
- All Visitor Center staff is fully vaccinated
- Washing our hands frequently and avoiding touching our face and eyes
- Continuing to sanitize and disinfect surfaces several times a day
- Staff will gladly wear a mask if asked
- Following public health guidance as updated.
WHAT WE ARE ASKING YOU TO DO:
- Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds
- Use hand sanitizer when hand washing isn’t available
- Sneeze or cough into your elbow
- Avoid touching your face
- Use social distancing as much as possible
- Feel free to wear a mask for your comfort
- If sick, please visit at another time
