Utah Summer Games Events & Information
The Utah Summer Games is a festival for athletes of all ages and abilities. Since 1986, this event has been conducted at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. With an average total of 9,600 participants, 50 thousand spectators, and 1,000 volunteers in attendance each year, it’s a spectacle!
The Summer Games kick off our festival events here with a bang! From the competition to the Opening Ceremonies, it’s a total party for the month of June. Click the images below to learn more!
Quick Guide to Cedar City
Cedar City is a surprising mountain town with world-class cultural attractions, astonishing proximity to National Parks, and so many events! They don’t call us “Festival City” for nothing! Free from crushing traffic and frantic pacing, Cedar City doesn’t skip on amenities. Hiking and biking trails surround us, with plenty of OHV trails and disc golf courses in between. Historic Downtown is quaint with local shops and an impressive menu of “urban-esque” cuisine and more!
