62nd Annual Utah Shakespeare Festival is held in Cedar City and offers matinee performances at 2:00 pm and evening performances at 8:00 pm in three grand theaters. The Festival also offers a FREE nightly Greenshow (summer) at 7:10 pm, backstage tours, seminars, and play orientations. Plays featured this season in repertory are: ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre – June 21 – Sept 8), ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ (Engelstad Shakespeare Theatre – June 22 – Sept 9), ‘Jane Austen’s Emma’ (Randall L Jones Theatre – June 22 – Oct 7), ‘A Raisin in the Sun’ (Randall L Jones Theatre – June 23 – Sept 8), ‘The Play That Goes Wrong’ (Randall L Jones Theatre – June 30 – Oct 7), ‘Timon of Athens’ (Eileen & Allen Anes Studio Theatre – July 14 – Oct 7), ‘Coriolanus’ (Eileen & Allen Anes Studio Theatre – July 15 – Oct 7), & Words Cubed (August 13 – 28).
