Difficulty
Moderate
Distance
1.20 ml

Best Time of Year: Oct 09 - Oct 09

This trail is an out-and-back trail best in the summer and fall that offers spectacular views of Zion National Park and the Markagunt Plateau, ending at cascading falls from an underground lava tube. Portions of the trail are steep and water may be present on the trail surface. From the Duck Creek Visitor Center follow the signs along the dirt forest road (staying to the left) approximately 3 miles to the trailhead. *NOTE: The lava tube is closed to travel due to the low levels of oxygen and often high water flows.
