Partnerships and Collaborations
As the official destination marketing organization for Iron County, Visit Cedar City · Brian Head is responsible for sharing our destination with the world. Our efforts are directed at marketing our area as an attractive destination for travel and vacation, conventions, and sporting competitions.
For you and your business, this means that our office is a great connecting and introductory point for showcasing your company, property, or service to the visitors who use our website or Visitor Guide in planning their visit. From leisure travelers to event planners and tour guides to media, our team has the opportunity to put your business in front of the right eyes at the right time.
We look forward to collaborating with you!
Here are 5 ways you can get involved with our team:
1. Add Your Events to the Calendar
Our events calendar is one of the most visited pages on our website and our most shared page. (To list your event, it must be open to the general public and visitors. Submitted events will be added to the calendar at the discretion and approval of Visit Cedar City · Brian Head.)
2. List Your Business/Property On Our Website
We make an effort to list all shopping, dining, and lodging options available in Iron County (Cedar City, Parowan, Brian Head, Beryl ...etc) that may be useful to our visitors in planning their stay or event. (To be listed, your business or organization must be applicable to tourism and have an active business license.)
3. Partner Media Portal and Assets
We maintain photo and video assets for non-commercial use by media and authorized users to supplement editorial coverage of destinations in Iron County. 4. 2025 Visitor Economy Insights | Iron County, UT
We maintain and share an annual report available to our partners and all interested parties that provides a look at key tourism metrics, campaigns, and investments in Iron County. 5. Partner Newsletter
We maintain a monthly newsletter, sent to our partners, that provides assets from our team as well as reminders for upcoming events, changes to the National Parks and attractions near us, and more.

Contact our team using the information linked below to be considered for collaboration. We can't guarantee that every request will be highlighted, but we'd love to learn more about you! 7. Monthly Travel & Tourism Report
Provided by Placer AI, these monthly reports highlight visitor spending, overnight visits, and demographic information about our visitors.
This report only accounts for domestic travel in Iron County and does not include international visitation.

8. Physical Maps & Brochures
Our office updates and provides physical copies of maps and visitor guides, as well as hiking guides and other brochures that may be helpful to your visitors during their stay. These maps and resources are FREE and available at the Cedar City Visitor Center.
2026 AREA TRAVEL UPDATES
As you prepare for the 2026 travel season, there are two significant updates affecting visitor access to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon that are worth communicating to your guests:
- Non-Resident Surcharge: Effective January 1, 2026, the National Park Service implemented a $100 non-resident surcharge for international visitors at both parks, in addition to standard entrance fees.
- Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway: Beginning June 7, 2026, the highway is permanently closed to oversized vehicles, eliminating the escort permit system entirely.
We've put together a full breakdown on our 2026 Travel Updates page that you're welcome to reference and share with your guests as needed.
